Crafted from 100% certified organic Verdejo grapes, it combines cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks with dedicated lees contact aging. This process grants remarkable creaminess and mouth-coating volume while preserving the signature citrus, tropical, and herbal freshness of Rueda’s native grape.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it displays a bright, deep straw-yellow color framed by subtle golden and greenish highlights from its time on lees. The nose opens with a rich and complex bouquet featuring white peach, ripe pear, and pineapple notes, intertwined with signature fennel, fresh-cut grass, and delicate bakery aromas.
