The orders received will be managed, as a general rule, the next working day according to the official calendar of the city of Manresa. At the time your order is received by our warehouse staff the status of it will go to "processing" and will begin to count the following terms.

As a general rule, the packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of the payment by means of transport agencies of recognized value that may vary depending on the destination and merchandise sent.

Once your order is delivered to the transport agency, the state will go to "SENT", and that is when the delivery times set by the transport agency begin to count.

Shipping costs include handling and packing costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order.

We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

If at the time of delivery you notice that the box is wet YOU DO NOT ACCEPT the package and contact our agents immediately, the order will be forwarded at no cost.


All consumers of Wonderful Wines SL have the right to withdraw from their purchase in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

The withdrawal period may be exercised by any consumer from the confirmation of your order until 14 days after the receipt of the purchased goods.

To start the process, you must contact, in writing, through the web form or by sending an e-mail to soporte-wonderfulwines.es indicating the order number and the will to withdraw from your purchase.

Depending on the status of your order we can find the following assumptions:

a) If your order has not been sent, Wonderful Wines will proceed to cancel the order and refund 100% of the amount paid.

b) If your order has already been sent, it is the duty of the consumer to return the goods to Wonderful Wines, for this we have the following options:

A. The Consumer will send, as he sees fit, the merchandise to the Wonderful Wines facilities.

b. Wonderful Wines will provide a return label and the consumer will return by delivering the goods and the return label at a post office. The cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

c. Wonderful Wines will facilitate the collection of goods at home where they were delivered by courier. The cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In no case will Wonderful Wines assume the costs of collecting and returning the goods.

Once we receive the products in our warehouse, taking into account that they are within those expressly collected by Article 103 of RDL 1/2007 (Products that can deteriorate or expire quickly and/or sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for health protection reasons once unsealed), we will proceed to the inspection and validation of the status of the products object of the return:

a) If 100% of the returned products have not been unsealed and are suitable for the consumption of other customers, 100% of the amount paid will be returned, including the initial shipping costs, deducting if applicable the return costs.

b) If any of the products has been unsealed and are not suitable for the consumption of other customers, the amount of the products in good condition will be returned deducting the initial shipping costs and the return costs.

The refund of the amount of the resulting return will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the goods returned in our warehouse, in accordance with the provisions of Article 107.3 of RDL 1/2007.


If the wine you have received is not in condition or has any defect (cork, for example), you can return it to us and we will replace it with a new bottle or product. For this, you will need to contact us and we will indicate how to make the return.

In any case it will be necessary to return the bottle with the rest of the wine and covered with its original cork, so that our evaluation team can confirm the defect; once confirmed, we will add a new bottle to your next purchase. The defective bottle must be returned to us, within 30 days of the date of purchase, to the address of our warehouse and indicating in some visible way on the box the number of the order affected as a reference:

If the reason for the return is simply that the wine does not meet its expectations and had purchased more bottles, you can return those that remain to us, in the same address indicated above, but on this occasion within a maximum period of 15 days and the cost of return will be on your own. Once we have verified that the bottles have been received in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of these discounting 10% for relocation in the warehouse.

Any return due to breakage or incidence during transport must be communicated to our customer service department (info'wonderfulwines.es) as soon as possible and always during the 24 hours after the delivery of the bottles; this type of return must be managed directly by our agents. In this case, the return and replacement of the affected bottles will not have any cost to you, or to the recipient, in the event that it is a gift.
