Nékora Verdejo White Wine is a fresh, elegant, and mouth-coating expression of the Verdejo grape in DO Rueda. Crafted by Bodegas Diez Siglos in Serrada (Valladolid) from selected high-altitude vineyards grown over 750 meters above sea level on stony soils, this 100% Verdejo single-varietal undergoes cold maceration and fine lees aging in stainless steel. The result is a beautifully balanced white wine offering crisp citrus energy, velvety texture, and rich varietal complexity.

Narrative Tasting Note

In the glass, Nékora Verdejo shines with a clear straw-yellow hue accented by bright greenish reflections. The nose opens with an inviting bouquet of fennel, fresh grass, and subtle aniseed notes blended with white orchard fruits like pear, vineyard peach, and pink grapefruit zest. On the palate, it enters with bright, agile freshness yet reveals surprising structure; its mid-palate is rounded and creamy from lees contact, supported by vibrant acidity leading to a long, persistent, and clean finish with Verdejo's signature noble bitter touch.

Groundbreaking Pairings
