CORPINNAT

Understanding the Excellence of Corpinnat

When you browse the Corpinnat selection at Wonderful Wines, you are looking at the elite of European sparkling wines. The name itself combines "Cor" (heart) with "Pinnat" (the origin of the Penedès region), and its philosophy is built on four unbreakable pillars:

• Estate-Grown & Produced: Every bottle is produced on the winery's own estate, ensuring that the soul of the vineyard is preserved from the vine to the glass.

• Extended Aging: While many sparkling wines are released early, Corpinnat requires a minimum of 18 months of aging. However, many of the bottles you see here have rested for years, creating a creamy texture and sophisticated toasted notes.

• Organic Leadership: Sustainability isn't an option; it's a requirement. Corpinnat wineries are leaders in organic and biodynamic farming in the Mediterranean.

• Exclusivity and Heritage: By focusing on indigenous grapes and traditional methods, Corpinnat offers a unique tasting profile that rivals the best Champagnes in the world.
