Territory

The Corpinnat region is the cradle of the great sparkling wines within the historic Penedès wine-growing region south of Barcelona, where at the end of the 19th century the winemaking of these wines began and was perfected, following the traditional method. The climate, land and landscape, and a long experience in the cultivation of vineyards, confer the optimum conditions for production of wines with a hard personality.

Methode

Based on manual harvests of certified organic grapes, based mainly on the historic varieties of Penedès, Corpinnat takes a further step towards the sustainability of the territory and landscape with deep respect for indigenous varieties.

CORPINNAT sparkling wines are made from wine grapes entirely on the property to value the craft of the winemaker, and to guarantee style and quality from the origin.

The climate, land and traditional varieties of the Corpinnate territory give these sparkling wines a bottle-breeding capacity that will always exceed 18 months. However, the elaboration of one foaming above 30, and another at 60 months of aging is evidence of the Corpinnate wineries' commitment to long-breding.
