Cune Verdejo White Wine is the fresh, vibrant expression crafted by the historic winery CVNE in DO Rueda. Made as a 100% Verdejo single-varietal from selected vineyards in La Seca, this white wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve pure fruit intensity. It is a crisp, highly aromatic white wine offering great immediate pleasure and fantastic versatility at the table.
Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, it shines with a bright, clean pale straw-yellow hue highlighted by lively greenish glints. The nose opens with a direct, expressive bouquet where passion fruit and pineapple mingle with white peach, lemon zest, and a distinct herbal background of fennel and cut grass. On the palate, it enters with electric, crisp freshness; its mid-palate is light and fruit-forward, led by vibrant acidity that leads toward a clean, agile finish featuring Verdejo's signature, noble bitter touch.
