Crafted as a single-varietal 100% Verdejo from vineyards in the famous La Seca region, this white wine is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is a wine of great varietal honesty, delivering an explosive bouquet of fresh fruit, energetic acidity, and easy-drinking pleasure.
Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, it displays a bright pale straw-yellow hue highlighted by lively greenish glints reflecting its youth. The nose opens with an immediate, frank bouquet where green apple and crisp pear mingle with citrus notes of lime zest and grapefruit, framed by a classic herbal background of fennel, chamomile, and fresh-cut grass.
