Leiras White Wine is a refined and vibrant expression of the Albariño grape crafted under the banner of 15 Bodegas in the world-renowned DO Rías Baixas. Sourced from carefully selected plots in the Val do Salnés, where the Atlantic Ocean heavily shapes the vineyards, this white wine captures true varietal authenticity: a seamless balance of crisp citrus, white floral aromas, and a delicate coastal salinity.
Tasting Note
In the glass, Leiras displays an attractive pale straw-yellow hue with greenish reflections, crystal clear and bright. On the nose, it releases a charming and highly varietal bouquet filled with crisp white orchard fruits like green apple and juicy pear, alongside hints of vineyard peach, orange blossom, and a refreshing citrus backdrop of lime and grapefruit. On the palate, it enters smooth, energetic, and beautifully balanced; a lively, integrated acidity drives the wine forward, leading into a long, fruity finish with the distinctive saline kiss typical of Galician coastal vineyards.
