In the glass, it shines with an attractive golden straw-yellow hue accented by youthful greenish reflections. The nose is intensely expressive, warm, and deeply Mediterranean: rich initial aromas of ripe white stone fruit such as vineyard peach, juicy pear, and yellow apple unfold gracefully alongside subtle orange zest nuances. As it breathes, lees aging and authentic Montsant character come forward, revealing almond blossom floral notes, wild Mediterranean herbs like thyme and rosemary, and a distinct limestone mineral trail. On the palate, it exhibits great presence and balance, entering smoothly with a broad, coating feel. White Grenache brings a fleshy, creamy texture that is seamlessly balanced by lively acidity, keeping the wine vibrant and fresh. The finish is long, persistent, and complex, leaving lasting memories of ripe orchard fruit, roasted nuts, and a captivating saline-mineral tail.
