Marta Passió Reserva Brut Nature is a cava with character, with the mark of time clearly present. This 24-month aging gives it an extra layer of complexity and elegance that makes it ideal for moments that deserve a little more passion!

This cava already looks different in the glass, with a rose color that says "time has been spent here." The bubbles are tiny and just keep rising, forming a lovely and persistent mousse.

When you smell it, you notice it's not just any cava. Besides the usual ripe fruit, there's a hint of freshly baked brioche, of almonds, things that make you think it's been quietly resting in the cellar for a good while (and it has, for 24 months!).

When you taste it, it's not sweet at all, it's dry, but with a freshness that keeps it lively. The bubbles are soft and pleasant, and the flavor has that touch of ripe fruit mixed with tastes that remind you of toasted bread and nuts. You can tell it's matured nicely, that it has more body and complexity than a young cava.
