Sourced from high-quality plots in "La Nevera", this rare White Tempranillo undergoes fermentation and aging in French oak barrels on fine lees. The result is a richly structured, creamy white wine that balances oak-aged complexity with vibrant natural acidity.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it shines with an alluring golden-yellow color highlighted by brilliant greenish reflections. The nose is intense and layered, unveiling ripe stone fruits like white peach and apricot alongside orange peel, delicate white blossoms, and polished oak nuances of vanilla, butter, and toasted nuts. On the palate, it delivers a broad, opulent, and velvety entrance; its body is rich and silky due to lees stirring in barrel, beautifully lifted by a lively acidity that ensures finesse and leads into a long, mineral, and sophisticated finish.
