Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, Gran Clot dels Oms Merlot displays an intense, bright cherry-red color with garnet and violet reflections reflecting its great vitality. The nose immediately reveals a clean, complex, and seductive bouquet: ripe black fruit notes—such as blackberries, blueberries, and dark plums—emerge harmoniously intertwined with hints of licorice, sweet black pepper, fine toasted oak, and a delicate balsamic backdrop providing great freshness. On the palate, it delivers a friendly, fleshy entry with an extraordinary velvety texture; its tannins are exceptionally polished and rounded, caressing the mouth with the smooth touch characteristic of great Merlots.
