Tobía Cuvée White Wine is one of the most expressive signature blends created by Oscar Tobía in DOCa Rioja. Crafted from native Viura and unique Tempranillo Blanco, complemented by the richness of Chardonnay, this wine combines cold maceration and partial fine-lees aging in oak. It delivers a seamless balance between fresh fruity character, a mouth-coating creamy texture, and refined elegance.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it glows with a bright straw-yellow color framed by golden and greenish highlights. The nose reveals a rich, inviting bouquet where stone fruit aromas like vine peach intertwine with yellow apple, fresh pineapple, white blossoms, fresh butter, and a gentle toasted oak nuance from lees contact. On the palate, it enters with broad volume and luscious creaminess; the mouthfeel is silky and structured, masterfully balanced by bright acidity that carries through to a long, persistent, and elegant finish.
