Nivarius Tempranillo Blanco White Wine is a unique, high-altitude white from DOCa Rioja, crafted by Bodegas Nivarius (part of the Palacios Vinos de Finca group). Sourced from cool mountain plots in Nalda and Sojuela, this single-varietal White Tempranillo benefits from cold climates that preserve lively acidity. Fermented and aged on fine lees in large oak vats, it effortlessly bridges crisp mountain freshness with creamy texture.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents a luminous pale straw color framed by vibrant greenish glints of youth. The nose is expressive and refined, opening with aromas of white peach, crisp apple, and citrus zest, complemented by subtle white blossom, fennel, and delicate background oak notes. On the palate, it enters with broadness and coating volume; lees aging provides a smooth, silky mouthfeel perfectly balanced by a vibrant, electric citrus acidity that delivers a long, mineral, and extraordinarily crisp finish.
