Inspired by Mediterranean coastal light, this blend harmonizes the structure of Xarel·lo, the citrus vitality of Macabeo, the delicate aromatic notes of Parellada, and the creamy fruitiness of Chardonnay. Mar & Cel White is a youthful, vibrant, highly approachable white wine crafted to evoke sea breezes and clear skies in every glass.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it displays a pale straw-yellow color with luminous green highlights showing off its youthfulness. On the nose, it unveils an open and distinctly Mediterranean bouquet featuring crisp white orchard fruit like green apple and juicy pear, paired with yellow peach, orange blossom, and a subtle herbal background of fennel and lemon zest.
