Descriptive Tasting Note
In the glass, it captivates from the very first moment thanks to a beautiful pale yellow color, highly brilliant, clean, and crystalline, displaying subtle and almost imperceptible greyish and onion-skin highlights that discreetly reveal its red grape origin. The nose is a true display of elegant and complex seduction: it initially wraps us in a crisp freshness of white fruits like juicy pear and green apple, which quickly evolves into enticing notes of small wild red berries, such as wild strawberry and fresh raspberry, accompanied by a floral hint of violets. In the background, a rich personality unfolds with memories of dry aromatic herbs and a highly elegant, subtle limestone mineral core. On the palate, the entry is surprisingly broad, firm, and boasts a powerful character.
