Sparter is the most genuine expression of the elegance and minerality of the large Maccabees planted on the limestone soils at the Ordal shores.

Clean and bright in appearance, it has a medium-intensity straw yellow color with new gold reflexes.The very fine bubble and slow evolution, it forms fine rosaries and a dense crown. A plentiful tear and slow fall. In the first olfactory print it is clean and frank, intense and complex. The second printing highlights the white fruit on a complex and elegant background of brioche and spices, where the vanilla, cream and elegant notes smoked stand out. In mouth, it is fast, complex, vertical and elegant. It has a balanced and fresh acidity, is very mineralic and harmonic, with thin and creamy carbone. Wide, creamy and voluminous, white fruit flavourings are melted in mouth with notes of pastry and roasting.
