DO BIERZO

The Comarca del Bierzo is located in the north-west of the province of León, the vineyard in El Bierzo is characterized by an atomization of the plots, a mini-fundista property and terrain with earrings, from 450 to 800 meters whose oriented vines at the four cardinal points.

The making of the wines covered by the Denomination of Origin must be done exclusively with the following varieties: Mencía, Garnacha tintorera, Godello, White Donya and Palomino.

Bierzo wines have their own personality. White wines from the Denomination of Origin Bierzo are made primarily from the authorized varieties Godello and Donya Blanca, and complemented by Palomino and Malvesia in different percentages.
