Jardins Red is an aromatic and fresh tribute to nature by Perelada in DO Empordà. Inspired by the botanical richness of Peralada Castle's gardens, this blend seamlessly pairs the juicy red fruit profile of Red Grenache with the floral and spicy elegance of Syrah. A youthful, easy-drinking, and fragrant Mediterranean red wine.

Narrative Tasting Note

In the glass, Jardins Red displays a bright cherry-red color with medium intensity and youthful violet hues. The nose opens with an attractive bouquet filled with wild violets, roses, and Mediterranean herbs from Syrah, beautifully intertwined with energetic red berries—strawberries, raspberries, and red cherries—from Grenache. The palate is welcoming, supple, and mouthwatering; its light body slides smoothly with crisp natural acidity and silky, subtle tannins. The finish is clean, fragrant, and persistent, leaving a delightful aftertaste of wild berries and floral blossoms.
