Cunqueiro III Milenium White Wine is one of the flagship creations by Bodegas Cunqueiro in DO Ribeiro. Created at the turn of the millennium to celebrate Galician winemaking heritage, this white wine blends the finest native varieties grown along the Miño river terraces: Treixadura, Godello, Albariño, and Loureira. Crafted with cold maceration and aged on fine lees for one to three months, it delivers complex aromatic richness, broad mouthfeel, and authentic Atlantic identity.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents a luminous straw-yellow hue accented by greenish and golden reflections. The nose reveals an intense, complex, and balsamic bouquet featuring white stone fruits, green apple, elderflower, wild fennel, and delicate citrus-herbal undertones from Loureira. On the palate, it enters with remarkable power, broadness, and smooth texture; fine-lees aging provides a rich mid-palate seamlessly balanced by bright Atlantic acidity, leading to a long, savory, and beautifully persistent fruity finish.
