By naturally halting fermentation to preserve grape sugars, it yields a smooth, honeyed, and refreshingly balanced white wine.
Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, El Mielero shines with a straw yellow hue accented by luminous golden glints. The nose reveals an exuberant floral bouquet filled with orange blossom, rose petals, and jasmine, gracefully intertwined with notes of lychee, passion fruit, peach in syrup, and orange blossom honey.
