Raimat El Molí Red is an elegant, structured, and complex organic red wine crafted by Raimat (15 Bodegas) in DO Costers del Segre. Sustainable viticulture yields this blend merging the firm structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the spicy, floral generosity of Syrah. Aged in oak barrels, it delivers a smooth, velvety, and deeply aromatic mountain red.
Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, Raimat El Molí displays an attractive, dark cherry-red color with deep intensity and youthful violet highlights. The nose opens with an expressive bouquet of cassis, blackcurrants, and wild blackberries from Cabernet Sauvignon, nicely layered with black pepper spice, violet blossoms, and herbal notes from Syrah. Subtle oak contact contributes delicate hints of dark cocoa, roasted coffee, and sweet spices. On the palate, it enters smooth, fleshy, and mouthwatering; its medium-to-full body glides with polished, silky tannins and well-integrated fresh acidity.
