Made entirely from 100% Albariño grapes in the O Rosal subzone, this wine stops fermentation early using temperature control to retain natural residual sugars. The result is a smooth, sweet, and modern white wine where lush tropical fruit flavors blend seamlessly with vibrant Atlantic acidity.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it glows with a bright lemon-yellow color framed by golden and greenish highlights. The nose unveils an expressive, tropical bouquet packed with ripe passion fruit, pineapple, and mango, interwoven with white blossom honey, peach in syrup, and orange zest.
