Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, Castillo de la Mota Verdejo displays a bright pale-yellow color highlighted by fresh greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense varietal aromas of green apple, juicy peach, tropical fruits, wild fennel, freshly mown grass, and classic aniseed undertones.
