Tasting Note
In the glass, it shows a pale yellow hue, clean and highly brilliant, catching the light with beautiful golden and greenish undertones. On the nose, it is a direct invitation to freshness, unfolding a highly expressive aromatic profile dominated by notes of crisp white fruit like green apple and pear, harmoniously mixed with traces of lemon peel, grapefruit, and a very subtle floral backdrop of chamomile and wild fennel.
