AT Roca Rosat Reserva is a true tribute to the finesse and uniqueness of the Penedès landscape. Certified under the prestigious Corpinnat quality umbrella, this single-estate sparkling wine completely breaks the mold of traditional rosés thanks to an ingenious indigenous blend of organic Macabeu and Garnatxa Negra. With a minimum aging of 20 months on the lees, the crisp structure of Macabeu blends harmoniously with the fruity delicacy of Garnatxa, resulting in a deep, elegant, gastronomic, and vibrant Brut Reserva sparkling wine.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it immediately captivates with a beautiful and subtle pale pink color, enhanced by clean salmon undertones and an incredibly fine, steady bubble stream that builds into an elegant crown. On the nose, it unfolds in a suggestive and honest way, opening with crisp red fruit aromas like wild strawberries and raspberries from the Garnatxa, which quickly intertwine with citric hints of orange peel from the Macabeu. In the background, a floral breeze of rose petals and delicate pastry notes from its extended aging appear. The palate is pure elegance and verticality, highlighted by a sharp, electric acidity that maintains freshness at all times. The mouthfeel is fluid, slightly velvety yet incredibly lively, leading into a very clean, mineral, and bone-dry finish that leaves a remarkably distinguished memory.
