Tasting Note
It shows a clean, bright, and highly appealing profile in the glass, defined by a pale yellow colour with beautiful greenish flashes that reflect its vibrant youth. On the nose, it is open, sincere, and deeply expressive, offering a wealthy symphony of aromas where tropical fruits from the Chardonnay, such as fresh pineapple and ripe banana, immediately step up. These blend harmoniously with notes of crisp orchard white fruits from the Macabeo, like green apple and water pear. In the background, a delicate floral perfume and a subtle twist of lemon peel refresh the entire nose. The entry on the palate is friendly, smooth, and immensely fruity, coating the mouth with a light yet wrapping volume.
