It’s a Rosé Corpinnat with a soul. It’s chic and refined, but most importantly, it’s incredibly drinkable. It’s that perfect bottle for when you want something special that doesn't feel too "stiff" or formal.
As soon as you pour it, you’ll notice that gorgeous pale onion-skin pink—it’s super elegant and subtle. The bubbles are tiny and persistent, forming a beautiful, creamy crown at the top of the glass. It just looks like a party in a glass.
When you take a sniff, it’s not just "fruity." You get this lovely blast of wild red berries—think forest strawberries and raspberries—but then the complexity kicks in. Because it’s aged for over 24 months, you get those "toasty" vibes: fresh brioche, toasted nuts, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. It smells sophisticated, like a summer morning in the vineyards.
This is where Microcosmos really shines. The first sip is crisp, vibrant, and incredibly fresh. The mousse (the bubbles) feels like a soft mousse or a caress; it’s perfectly integrated and never aggressive.
It’s got a great "backbone"—it feels structured and balanced. You have that bright acidity that makes your mouth water, but also a certain richness from the Pinot Noir and Monastrell grapes. The finish is bone-dry (Brut Nature style) and very clean, leaving you with a lingering taste of red fruit and minerals.
This is a total "all-rounder." It’s fancy enough for a high-end toast with some oysters or Jamón Ibérico, but it’s also robust enough to handle a seafood paella, tuna tartare, or even spicy Asian cuisine.
