Crafted exclusively from 100% Malvasia de Sitges, this minimal-intervention Orange Wine undergoes extended skin maceration to extract maximum raw character without additives or filtering. A limited-run natural wine connecting Garraf limestone soils with a wild, structured, and profoundly pure profile.
Tasting Note
It presents a striking amber-orange shade with bright coppery and golden reflections, displaying a natural, unfiltered haze. The nose opens with a captivating bouquet of candied orange peel, dried rose petals, ginger root, and chamomile tea, blended with toasted dried fruit, pine resin, and chalky earth notes. On the palate, it reveals true skin-contact structure; a rich, textured entry supported by gentle skin tannins. Bright citrus acidity cuts through the volume, leading to a long, herbal, and intensely saline finish.
