Señorío de Rubiós Condado do Tea White Wine represents the traditional winemaking heritage of DO Rías Baixas in the Condado do Tea subzone. Crafted by Coto Redondo winery, this wine is a master blend of Galician native grape varieties: Albariño, Godello, Treixadura, Torrontés, and Loureira. The crisp acidity of Albariño, the structure of Godello, the roundness of Treixadura, the aromatics of Torrontés, and the floral touch of Loureira join forces to create a deeply authentic and complex wine.
In the glass, it presents a beautiful straw-yellow shade with youthful greenish and golden flashes. On the nose, it offers an intense and complex bouquet featuring stone fruits like peach and apricot, crisp green apple, citrus lime, fresh bay leaf, wild fennel, and a distinct mineral-saline touch. On the palate, it enters with grace and body; the mid-palate is fresh, well-rounded, and well-structured, backed by bright integrated acidity and fleshy texture, delivering a persistent, elegant, and harmonious finish.
Complexity & acidity. The wine's blend and lively acidity balance fatty salmon while complementing soft ricotta creaminess.
East meets West fusion. Godello and Loureira body pairs smoothly with rich pork and citrus ponzu notes.
Earthy & silky. Herbal aromatics and mid-palate weight echo earthy mushroom richness and savory cheese.
