The white wine Terras Mancas from the Galician region of P.G.I. Val do Miño is an authentic showcase of elegance, freshness, and Atlantic tradition. Crafted with a blend of indigenous grape varieties such as Albariño, Treixadura, Godello, and Loureira, this modern white wine stands out for its 9-month aging on lees, complex aromas, and vibrant acidity, making it a highly versatile, balanced, and deeply refreshing choice.
Terras Mancas presents itself in the glass with a bright pale yellow color and subtle greenish highlights reflecting its youth and vitality. On the nose, an intense and highly expressive bouquet unfolds, highlighting citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, accompanied by stone fruit such as peach, and an elegant floral backdrop of mimosa, fennel, and delicate mineral touches. On the palate, it has a structured, agile, and fresh entry; smooth and enveloping thanks to the lees aging, supported by lively acidity and a subtle saline finish that leaves a pleasant, persistent, and deeply refreshing impression.
Asian and marine harmony. The vibrant acidity and citrus profile of Albariño and Treixadura elevate the flavors of the sea, while the wine's minerality enhances the delicate nature of the shellfish.
Urban and playful contrast. The wine's freshness and smooth palate cut through the richness of the crispy fish, perfectly balancing the spicy, creamy chipotle notes.
Asian and aromatic harmony. The floral notes of Loureira and the body contributed by Godello complement the richness of coconut milk, matching the fresh herbs of the dish.
