Gently direct-pressed to achieve a pale Provençal hue, it is a crystalline, vibrant rosé offering crisp elegance, citrus freshness, and pure red berry charm.
Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, Pita Rosado presents a delicate pale onion-skin pink color with bright silvery highlights. The nose opens with a fresh, subtle bouquet filled with classic Garnacha aromas like wild strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranate, elegantly intertwined with orange blossom, rosewater, and a touch of grapefruit zest. On the palate, it enters with silky, refreshing grace; its mid-palate is light, fluid, and energetic, propelled by crisp acidity toward a clean, persistent finish filled with delicate berry nuances.
