The primary aromas are dominated by red and black forest fruits—such as blackberries and raspberries—seamlessly blended with floral hints of violets and a very fresh Mediterranean scrubland character (aromatic herbs and balsamic touches). The palate experience begins with a broad and unctuous entry. It is a "greedy" (goloso) and savory wine, yet it remains remarkably fresh and well-balanced. Its passage is smooth and round, leading to a long, persistent finish where the fruit and balsamic notes linger beautifully.
