Pago de Cilleiro White Wine is the Galician project by Bodegas Muriel in the heart of Val do Salnés within DO Rías Baixas. Made entirely from Albariño grapes grown in plots near the Atlantic coastline, this wine captures the granitic terroir identity. Crafted in stainless steel tanks with brief lees contact, it balances pure varietal fruit, vibrant acidity, and smooth mouthfeel to deliver an exceptionally elegant Atlantic white.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it glows with a pale lemon-yellow hue complemented by brilliant greenish highlights. The nose unveils an alluring bouquet filled with crisp green apple, fresh pear, lime zest, orange blossom, and a distinct ocean-breeze saline mineral trail. On the palate, it enters with agility and precision; the mid-palate is fresh, well-structured, and smooth, guided by integrated crisp acidity toward a clean, persistent, and intensely refreshing finish.
