Crafted by Bodegas Antonio Montero from a blend centered on native Treixadura alongside Palomino, this wine captures the fresh essence of Galician river valleys. Low-temperature fermentation preserves pure primary fruit flavors, creating a vibrant, crisp, and delightful Atlantic white wine.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents a pale straw-yellow color with subtle greenish glints. The nose reveals an open, inviting bouquet where crisp white apple and juicy pear meet elderflower, freshly cut grass, and a bright citrus undertone.
