Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, Únic Merlot shows a deep cherry-red color with garnet edges. The nose opens with a rich and inviting array of dark fruit aromas—blackberry jam, stewed plums, and blueberries—complemented by dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, sweet spices, and toasted oak nuances. On the palate, it is broad, full-bodied, and velvety; smooth tannins structure a fleshy mouthfeel where ripe fruit richness is balanced by the natural freshness of Conca de Barberà.
