Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, Nu displays a bright cherry-red color with vibrant violet edges revealing its youthful character. On the nose, it offers an immediate burst of fresh red fruits—such as cherries, raspberries, and wild strawberries—intertwined with hints of pomegranate, wild Mediterranean herbs like rosemary and thyme, and a subtle limestone mineral touch.
