XYZ Tridimensional is an architecturally structured red wine crafted by Celler Aibar 1895 in DO Montsant. As its name evokes, this wine aims to express the volume, depth, and amplitude of the terroir through a carefully selected blend of Mediterranean varieties. A complex red wine rich in sensory nuances, where ripe fruit, mineral slate notes, and noble oak intertwine in three perfectly balanced dimensions.
Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents an intense dark cherry-red color with vibrant violet highlights and high opacity. The nose is expressive, complex, and multi-faceted; immediately delivering ripe dark fruit aromas of blackberries, blueberries, and plum preserves, closely followed by dark cocoa, black pepper, elegant toast, and a distinct Mediterranean scrubland backdrop with thyme and graphite notes. On the palate, it unfolds impressive volume and fleshiness; broad and velvety with powerful yet polished tannins. Fresh acidity supports the structure throughout, leading into a long, persistent, and delightfully spiced finish.
