Cune White Reserva Wine is an iconic flagship white from DOCa Rioja, crafted by the legendary CVNE winery (CompañÃa VinÃcola del Norte de España). Made primarily from old-vine Viura in Rioja Alta, this aged white ferments and matures in French and American oak barrels before refining further in bottle. It showcases a classic, sophisticated character where fine oak aging blends gracefully with vibrant acidity.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it displays a brilliant golden color accented by luminous amber glints. The nose opens with a rich and complex bouquet featuring baked apple, candied citrus peel, toasted nuts, fresh butter, brioche, and delicate sweet oak spices. On the palate, it enters with broad elegance and velvety texture; its mouthfeel is rich and coating, sustained by crisp natural acidity that adds energy and balance, leading to an impressively long, lingering, and refined finish.
