Crafted by Bodegas Diez Siglos in Serrada (Valladolid) from Sauvignon Blanc vineyards planted over 750 meters above sea level, this single-varietal leverages high thermal contrast to achieve exceptional aromatic concentration. Fermented at low temperatures and aged on fine lees, it delivers razor-sharp freshness, tropical energy, and refined elegance.
Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, it shines with a bright pale-yellow color highlighted by fresh greenish hue and steely glints. The nose reveals an aromatic explosion of vivid intensity, bursting with passion fruit, pink grapefruit, lime zest, freshly cut grass, elderflower, and subtle tomato leaf accents. On the palate, it enters with electric freshness and vibrant verticality; its mid-palate is agile yet backed by fine lees texture, leading toward a long, mouth-watering finish packed with citrus energy and flinty mineral notes.
