Tamaral Verdejo White Wine is an elegant, vibrant, and highly expressive star from DO Rueda, crafted by Bodegas Tamaral. Made as a single-varietal 100% Verdejo from selected vineyards, it undergoes low-temperature stainless steel fermentation along with short aging on fine lees. It showcases intense tropical fruit aromas, crisp citrus freshness, and a smooth, well-rounded mouthfeel.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it shines with a pale, crystal-clear straw-yellow hue accented by youthful greenish glints. The nose immediately opens up with an inviting bouquet of passion fruit, pineapple, and green apple, framed by lime zest and signature fennel and fresh-cut grass notes. On the palate, it enters with agile, crisp lightness; its mid-palate is dynamic, smooth, and fruit-forward due to fine lees contact, expertly driven by lively acidity that leads into a persistent finish with Verdejo's classic, pleasant bitter touch.
