The "3055" number pays tribute to the NYC taxi license driven by founder Ceferino Carrión before fulfilling his dream in Hollywood and founding his winery in Penedès. Made from 100% organic Chardonnay estate grapes, this wine embodies the freshest, fruit-driven, and modern expression of the variety without oak aging, standing out for its citrus brightness and Mediterranean elegance.

In the glass, Jean Leon 3055 Chardonnay displays a bright, clean pale yellow color with youthful greenish highlights.
