Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents a bright pale yellow hue with soft green highlights revealing its youthfulness. On the nose, it opens delicate and clean, showing ripe white fruit like green apple and juicy pear alongside wild Mediterranean herbs such as fennel and thyme, supported by a subtle chalky mineral background.
