Xenius Rosat is a young, vibrant rosé wine crafted by the cooperative winery Covides Vineyards & Winery under the DO Penedès appellation. Sourced from selected vineyards across the Penedès region, this wine blends the silky red-fruit character of Merlot with the freshness and structure of Tempranillo (Ull de Llebre). Temperature-controlled vinification highlights its intense fruit aromas and crisp acidity, capturing the true Mediterranean essence.
Descriptive Tasting Notes
Visually, it displays a bright and attractive raspberry pink color with clean, youthful violet reflections. The nose bursts with lively fresh red berries, such as wild strawberries, early cherries, and raspberries, alongside subtle floral hints of violets and red fruit candy.
