Més Que Paraules Red Wine is a certified vegan wine from DO Pla de Bages, grown under integrated farming practices in clay-limestone soils. It combines the local Mandó grape (50%) with Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Merlot (20%), and Sumoll (10%) planted in the late 1990s. The wine rests for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, resulting in an elegant Mediterranean character.
Descriptive Tasting Notes
In the glass, it reveals a dark cherry tone with bright garnet rims and slow-moving tears. The aromatics open with red forest berries and soft violet florals, slowly introducing complex oak elements: cool menthol, subtle resin, sweet cinnamon, dark cocoa, and fresh tobacco leaf. On the palate, it feels structured and rich, balancing sweet fruit and oak nuances with smooth, polished tannins and fresh acidity that carries through to a persistent, balanced finish.
