Colleita de Martís White Wine is an authentic artisan creation by winemaker Santiago Roma in DO Rías Baixas. Made 100% from Albariño grapes harvested in old-vine parcels in Martís parish (Val do Salnés), this wine embodies granite soils and Atlantic freshness. Gentle fine-lees aging imparts a seamless balance between expressiveness, palate weight, and vibrant sea-breeze minerality.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it shines with a pale straw-yellow color framed by lively green and gold highlights. The nose reveals a refined aromatic complexity where ripe peach and flat peach intertwine with lime zest, wild fennel, orange blossom, and a distinct wet-stone mineral backdrop. On the palate, it delivers true Atlantic personality: smooth and creamy on entry, unfolding into a structured mid-palate boosted by fine lees, perfectly balanced by crisp acidity that carries through to a long, flavorful, and distinctly saline finish.
