Crafted 100% from Albariño grapes selected from ocean-influenced plots, this wine merges the winemaking excellence of the house with true Galician terroir expression. Meticulous processing unveils vibrant fruitiness and crisp granite-driven acidity, producing an elegant, expressive, and refined white wine.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents a luminous pale straw-yellow color highlighted by vivid greenish reflections. The nose unleashes a pristine and intense aromatic bouquet packed with stone fruits like apricot and peach, layered with green apple, lime zest, orange blossom, and a subtle wild herbal touch. On the palate, it feels crisp and dynamic from the start, quickly unfolding into a smooth, well-rounded mid-palate; bright Atlantic acidity keeps the wine lively, leading to a long, fruity finish marked by a delicate saline coastline note.
