Narrative Tasting Note

In the glass, Petit Caus Red displays a bright, beautiful ruby-red color highlighted by youthful violet flashes. The nose immediately opens with a clean, highly fruit-forward and fragrant bouquet: fresh red and dark fruit aromas —such as crunchy cherries, wild strawberries, plums, and blackberries— emerge harmoniously intertwined with subtle rose petals, Mediterranean herbs, and a very elegant spicy background.
