Produced as a single-varietal from 100% White Grenache using the traditional method, this sparkling wine stands out for its fruit-forward expression, honeyed body, and vibrant freshness. Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, Niu d'Estel displays a bright straw-yellow color with golden and greenish highlights, accompanied by a lively stream of fine bubbles forming a creamy crown. The nose opens with a clean, seductive, and highly fragrant bouquet: stone fruit aromas —such as yellow peach and apricot— emerge harmoniously intertwined with white flowers, lemon peel, Mediterranean herbs, and a subtle brioche and fine yeast undertone from bottle aging. On the palate, it delivers a broad, friendly entry with a surprisingly creamy texture; its mid-palate is balanced and fluid, where White Grenache's vibrant acidity carries the wine's richness with flawless freshness.
