Crafted organically in Pacs del Penedès, this 100% organic sparkling wine relies on Penedès' iconic traditional blend —the crispness of Macabeo, the structure of Xarel·lo, and the floral elegance of Parellada—. Aged for at least 18 months on its lees, Colet Tradicional shines with vibrant Mediterranean freshness, delicate effervescence, and exceptional fruit purity.
Tasting Note
Glowing pale straw-yellow with bright greenish hints in the glass, it features a steady stream of fine, persistent bubbles forming a delicate crown. The nose opens with a fresh and clean aromatic profile where crisp green apple and pear mingle with almond blossom, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle bakery notes of toasted bread and fresh butter from lees aging. On the palate, it enters dry, agile, and vibrant; crisp citrus acidity drives the wine forward while creamy bubbles wrap the mouth, leading to a long, mineral, and refreshing herbal finish.
