This traditional blend fuses the body and structure of Xarel·lo, the floral delicacy of Parellada, and the vibrant fruitiness of Macabeo grown on limestone terraces. Banc de Pacs is a pure, expressive, and crisp white wine that captures the natural vibrancy of Mediterranean vineyards.
Tasting Note
Shining in the glass with a pale, crystal-clear yellow color accented by bright green highlights that reflect its youth, Banc de Pacs unfolds an expressive bouquet of fresh fruit and flora. On the nose, it offers vibrant notes of green apple, juicy pear, and vine peach, wrapped in delicate white blossom, orange flower, and wild Mediterranean herb accents. On the palate, it is gentle, fluid, and beautifully balanced; a smooth entry leads to crisp citrus acidity that refreshes the mouth, concluding with a clean, fruit-driven, and slightly mineral finish.
